Spanish Speaking Crew Lead – Landscaping Company

Location: Baton Rouge, LA
Pay: $18/hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed).

 

Express Employment Professionals – Downtown Baton Rouge is seeking a Crew Lead for a local landscaping company. This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership skills and hands-on experience in landscaping operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a landscaping crew to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
• Safely drive and maneuver a box truck for transporting equipment and materials.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Requirements:

• Must speak Spanish (bilingual preferred).
• Valid Louisiana driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience driving a box truck.
• Hands-on experience operating landscaping equipment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
