Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Lift Operator for a local amusement park in Gatlinburg, TN
Lift Operator Responsibilities:
Operate scenic lifts safely and efficiently according to established procedures.
· Greet and assist guests in boarding and exiting the lift safely.
· Monitor lift operations to prevent accidents and respond promptly to emergencies.
· Conduct routine inspections of lift equipment and report any maintenance needs.
· Communicate clearly with guests regarding safety instructions and lift guidelines.
· Assist with crowd control and manage guest flow in lift loading and unloading areas.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area around lift stations.
· Follow all company, local, and federal safety regulations and procedures.
· Provide excellent customer service, answering guest questions and offering assistance as needed.
· Perform other duties as assigned to support park operations.
Lift Operator Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to follow detailed safety procedures and instructions.
· Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
· Ability to stand for extended periods and work on uneven surfaces.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
· Positive attitude, flexible, and team-oriented.
· Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
