We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welders to join our team. This role involves fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate has hands-on welding experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding (depending on shop needs)
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
Fabricate and assemble metal parts to specifications
Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Previous welding experience (shop or field)
Ability to pass a weld test
Knowledge of welding tools, materials, and techniques
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Welding certifications (AWS or equivalent)
Experience in manufacturing, structural steel, or heavy equipment
Forklift or overhead crane experience
