Housekeeping/Apartment Clean-Out – $16.00/hr

 

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a housekeeper/apartment clean-out associate for a local housing complex in Maryville, TN.

 

Housekeeping/Apartment Clean Out Responsibilities:

• Buffing and waxing floors
• Cleaning out old apartments
• Small painting projects
• Getting apartments ready for new tenants to move in
• Cleaning
• Heavy lifting
• Additional duties as assigned

Housekeeping/Apartment Clean Out Qualifications:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Lift objects up to 50lbs
• Bend, crouch, and lift

Housekeeping/Apartment Clean Out Shift:

• Monday – Thursday 7 am – 5 pm
• Full-time
• Provide information on overtime if applicable.
