Weekend Powder Coat Operator- Fri/Sat with attendance bonus

Salary: $16.00

Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Westfield, IN has asked us to help them find Part-Time Powder Coat Operators to join their growing team.

 

The hours are Friday 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM and Saturday 7:30 AM- 3:00 PM

 

Pay is $16.00 per hour with a $100 bonus for perfect attendance. With the bonus your effective hourly pay rate is $23.35 per hour.

 

What will you do as a Part-Time Powder Coat Operator?

• Racking items onto conveyor belt
• Cleaning parts
• Running a powder coat machine
• Masking off unpainted areas 
• Quality Check
• Unload for shipping

Qualifications for being a Part-Time Powder Coat Operator:

• Previous Assembly or Manufacturing experience is desired but not required
• High School Diploma
• Mechanical Aptitude
• Attention to detail/Read, comprehend, and execute tasks based on Process Control Instructions, Bill of Material, Product Description Sheets, and Visual work Instructions
• Read and comprehend written and oral instructions
• Lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend, squat frequently- team lift to 65 lbs.
