Warehouse Associate – Insert Replacement Process

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
  Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

About the Role

A distribution facility in Rock Hill is adding warehouse support staff to help with daily processing and pallet preparation. This position involves hands-on work, steady pace, and attention to detail. The primary focus of the job is replacing IFU inserts (“Instructions for Use”) inside boxed products. The workflow is structured and repetitive, making it easy to learn with consistent routine throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Use a pallet jack to move skids from storage locations to the designated staging area.
• Remove the existing skid label and set it aside for reattachment after processing.
• Document lot numbers for all boxes on each skid before beginning the insert‑replacement task.
• Open each case, remove the boxes, take out the old insert, place the updated insert inside, return the boxes to the case, and reseal it.
• Transfer completed boxes to a new pallet according to facility standards.
• Once the pallet is finished, stretch‑wrap it, reattach the skid label, and apply the “approved” label.

What the Day Mainly Consists Of

Most of the shift involves switching out IFU inserts box by box. This includes opening cases, updating inserts, and re-palletizing products. The work is repetitive, hands-on, and detail-oriented, and it keeps you active throughout the day.

Qualifications

• General warehouse experience is helpful.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and steady-paced manual work.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
