 Shift : 8 am – 8 pm (M-F), Occasional weekend overtime may be required, which will be handled on a rotational basis among three employees.

• Role Overview: Product Transfer (Loading into Dedicated Containers)
• Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Input Component Inspection: Inspect components (3 specific types) prior to loading them into the automated production equipment.
• Pallet-Level Inspection:
• Load products (in box units) following a visual inspection.
• Conduct a 100% full inspection (Screening).
• Verify correct barcode alignment/placement and perform cosmetic checks.
• Product Transfer: Transfer items from carton boxes into dedicated containers (Repacking).
• Issue Reporting: Provide feedback to the Kentucky plant regarding line anomalies (e.g., product defects).
• Issue Resolution (Critical Priority): Respond to line irregularities by performing sorting and rework tasks. (Note: This is the most important aspect of the role).
• Standby Duty: Remain on standby on-site when operations are normal and no issues are detected (breaks in the rest area are permitted during this time).
• Housekeeping: Organize carton boxes and maintain general site cleanliness.
• Requirements:
• English speaking – Mandatory
• Reliability and punctuality are critical for this role. We need candidates with a strong work ethic and a proven attendance record
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks (lifting/moving boxes).
• Strong attention to detail for inspection processes.

Flexibility to handle rework/sorting tasks immediately when issues arise.
