Window and Door Sales Representative – $26/hr + Commission

Located in tigard, OR

Pay: $26/hr base pay + commission

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility depending on the candidate's needs

Location: Multiple locations available

Overview

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting clients, developing business, and growing their earning potential through commission.

Duties

• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers interested in windows and doors.
• Schedule appointments and conduct outreach to generate new business.
• Make cold calls and follow up with potential clients to develop sales opportunities.
• Meet with customers in the field to discuss their needs and recommend solutions.
• Learn product details, industry terminology, and installation considerations to confidently guide customers.
• Manage sales opportunities from the initial conversation through closing.
• Maintain communication with the team and contribute to a positive, motivated work environment.

Pay

• $40,000–$50,000 base salary + commission

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or until appointments are complete; typically 8–9 hour days)

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a commission-based sales role
