Automotive Collisions Repair Technician- Autobody, Panel, and Frame Work

Located in tigard, OR

We are currently seeking a skilled Auto Body Collision Repair Technician to join our team. As an Auto Body Technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring vehicles to their pre-collision condition. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to work with a variety of tools and materials. If you have experience with collision repairs and are passionate about delivering high-quality work, we want to hear from you!

Duties:

• Repair and replace damaged body panels, including bumpers, fenders, doors, and hoods

• Perform frame straightening and other structural repairs using specialized equipment

• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, priming, and applying sealants

• Reassemble and align vehicle components after repairs are completed

• Utilize welding, cutting, and grinding techniques as needed for repairs

• Inspect vehicles for safety and quality standards before returning to the customer

• Work closely with other technicians to complete repairs in a timely manner

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area

• Communicate with customers about repair progress and any additional work required

Preferred Skills:

• Proven experience as an Auto Body Collision Repair Technician

• Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and techniques

• Ability to read and understand repair manuals and diagrams

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
