Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and weld bumpers according to blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
• Use various tools and equipment, including welding machines, grinders, and cutters, to shape and assemble metal components.
• Ensure the accuracy and precision of welds, adhering to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Adhere to production schedules and deadlines to meet customer demands.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a welder/fabricator, with a focus on automotive components preferred.
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques, with the ability to produce clean and structurally sound welds.
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
• Familiarity with a variety of metalworking tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in bumper fabrication or automotive manufacturing is a plus.
