Salary: $17-23/hr

Now hiring Welders/Fabricators across Dodge County! Production facilities from Fox Lake to Beaver Dam are looking for welders on all shifts. Whether you're an experienced welder, or if you're looking to develop your skills long-term, we may have the opportunity for you! Even experience from high school or as a hobby is a great starting point.

Pay: $17-$22/hr

(Plus, when hired-on, enjoy a shift differential of $2/hr for 2nd and 3rd shifst!)

Shifts

1st: Monday to Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
2nd: Monday to Friday 2:30pm – 11pm
3rd: Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm – 6:00am

*OT possible, including Saturdays*
Responsibilities:
•    Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, grind, or bolt parts
•    Perform basic MIG, TIG and/or aluminum hand and robotic welding
•    Maintain a clean workspace and follow safety regulations.

•    Inspect and measure pieces accurately using gauges, etc.
Requirements:
•    Read and understand blueprints, weld symbols, and instructions in English
•    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
•    Perform and pass a weld test
•    Understand fixtures and weld set-up parameters (amps, volts, etc.)
