A well-established Corvallis company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a full-time, evaluation-to-hire opportunity supporting equipment reliability and operational efficiency in a heavy industrial setting. Pay is based on experience and current Oregon electrical license level.

Compensation:

$37.00 – $46.00 per hour, depending on experience and electrical licensing (LME, MPJ, MPE, or Journeyman)

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience

• Valid Oregon electrical license (LME or higher)

• Strong mechanical, technical, and analytical skills

• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and fabrication

• Familiarity with electrical systems and PLC programming

• Excellent attendance and ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and processing equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance and document work in CMMS

• Support building systems: electrical, plumbing, and general facility upkeep

• Assist with mobile equipment and forklift repairs

• Participate in after-hours and weekend work as needed

• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

• Comfort working in an active, industrial environment
