Job Summary: The Warehouse Lead oversees daily warehouse operations while actively supporting the team through hands-on work, including operating reach trucks. This role ensures productivity, safety, and accuracy while serving as a point of leadership on the warehouse floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support warehouse associates during daily operations
Operate reach truck and other warehouse equipment as needed
Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure deadlines are met
Train team members on safety procedures and warehouse processes
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and quality checks
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time position
$26.50 Hr.
