Key Responsibilities

• Install and evaluate commercial door hardware (locks, hinges, closers, handles)
• Assist in fabrication and assembly of aluminum commercial doors
• Interpret technical drawings and layout plans
• Perform detailed quality inspections
• Troubleshoot hardware or fabrication issues
• Follow safety procedures and shop standards

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience operating saws and shop equipment
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Experience with micrometers and inspection tools preferred
• Ability to lift materials as required
• Strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently
