Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East is now hiring a Project Manager for a commercial sign company in Milford, OH. The candidate would assist in related project management, site surveys, and permits.

Core Functions may include:

  • Collaborate with team members to provide technical and logistical support during the quoting process.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, ordering, and tracking project-specific materials with a focus on accuracy.
  • Assist in projects and scheduling and coordinate with operations to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support permitting processes with a methodical approach to documentation and follow-up.
  • Maintain meticulous records of project tasks and communicate updates to stakeholders clearly and concisely.

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency with Word, Excel, Google Sheets, PDFs, and email systems.
  • Strong aptitude for basic math and measurements.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify the most efficient solutions to project needs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a systematic approach to task completion.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • A self-motivated individual who enjoys solving problems and takes ownership of responsibilities.
  • Comfortable with both independent work and contributing to a team environment.

Schedule & Pay:

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p (or flexible 40hr work week)
Pay: $23+/hourly, based on experience
