About the Role

Our team is looking for a reliable, customer-focused HVAC Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate/Manager to support daily operations in both the front counter and warehouse for our client. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, working with HVAC parts and equipment, and keeping a warehouse running smoothly.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Counter Sales

• Greet and assist customers with HVAC parts, equipment, and supply needs
• Provide product knowledge, look up parts, and offer solutions based on customer requirements
• Process orders, returns, and quotes accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional counter area
• Maintain inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
• Build strong relationships with contractors, technicians, and vendors

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for customer pickup or delivery
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and proper organization
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or industrial supply preferred
• Customer service or counter sales experience in a trades environment a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a warehouse setting
• Comfortable using computers for order entry and inventory lookup
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Forklift experience helpful (or willingness to learn)

Pay $22 - 32/ hr

 

Hours: 7am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
