Salary: $22-$25/hour

Key Responsibilities:

 

Safety & Compliance Support

  • Support OSHA compliance through documentation, record maintenance, and training coordination
  • Maintain the site training matrix and safety compliance calendar
  • Coordinate industrial hygiene exams and required safety-related activities
  • Assist with the creation, maintenance, and distribution of JSAs, audits, work instructions, and safety materials
  • Track safety training, certifications, and compliance documentation
  • Maintain health and safety records in line with company and OSHA requirements
  • Document safety-related activities and process improvements

Administrative & Operational Coordination

  • Perform data entry, payroll processing, document control, and accurate recordkeeping
  • Generate and update production, compliance, and operational reports as required
  • Ensure manufacturing process data is entered accurately and on time
  • Support inventory and stock management processes to help minimize discrepancies
  • Coordinate new employee administration, including pre-employment screenings, onboarding paperwork, and orientations
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors and managers across the site

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in an administrative, plant support, or coordination role
  • Prior payroll processing experience (Kronos preferred, not required)
  • Exposure to ERP systems (JD Edwards a plus)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to quickly determine priorities and handle competing tasks in a fast-paced plant setting.
