Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable Pilot Plant Technician to support pilot plant and production operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with manufacturing, plant, or technical experience who value safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Assist with setup, operation, and monitoring of pilot plant equipment
Follow SOPs, safety, and quality standards
Collect and document process data
Perform basic troubleshooting and report issues
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Support production runs and testing activities
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Manufacturing, plant, or technical experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
