IMMEDIATE need for a Shop Specialist.  This position is full time, M-F and is a LONG term opportunity for someone looking for a career move! 

Duties:

• handle customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders and returns
• customer service!!
• source parts
• assist in generating sales by upselling/adding on/educating customers
• assemble hoses for walk in customers
• assist in the stockroom/deliveries as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ year of customer service, inside sales, mechanical or maintenance experience is REQUIRED
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
• attention to detail, time management, organization
• VALID LICENSE AND GOOD MVR

GREAT OPPORTUNITY!

Starting wage will vary on experience but will be $18-$20/hr initially.

You will need to be available M-F 8-5.  You'll need strong skills in communication/listening, as some work will be independent and you will need to be self motivated and good at working on your own with minimal direction. Prior experience in labor/industrial work is needed.

Must pass a drug screen and background check.
