Job Description

  • Food Preparation & Cooking: Cook meats, sauces, vegetables, and fried items; weigh, mix, and assemble ingredients; follow recipes and portion sizes.
  • Station Management: Set up and stock kitchen stations; manage ingredients, equipment, and orders for specific areas like the grill or fryer.
  • Quality & Safety: Check food temperatures, ensure freshness, rotate stock, maintain sanitation, and follow health/safety standards.
  • Teamwork & Communication: Expedite orders, communicate with servers, and assist other kitchen staff.
  • Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean work areas, utensils, equipment, and dispose of trash. 
  • Skill and Requirements
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, slicers).
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency.
  • Physical stamina (standing long periods, lifting).
  • Team-oriented attitude with good communication.
