Express Employment is seeking dependable General Laborers to assist with fence installation for a local fencing company. This is a hands-on, outdoor position offering full-time hours and the opportunity to learn valuable construction skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing job sites for fence installation

• Load, unload, and organize materials and tools

• Help set posts, align panels, and secure fencing

• Perform cleanup and maintenance of tools and work areas

• Follow all safety guidelines and work closely with the installation crew

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

• Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions

• Must be punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious

Schedule: Full-time, daytime hours
Compensation: $12.00 per hour
