BDC Specialist – Automotive Sales & Service Support

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a high-volume automotive organization that is looking to add a motivated BDC Specialist to their Business Development Center team. This is a phone- and CRM-based role focused on handling inbound internet leads and calls, as well as warm outbound follow-up to existing customers.

Job Duties:

  • Handle inbound phone calls and internet leads related to vehicle sales, trade-ins, and service inquiries
  • Make warm outbound calls to existing and previous customers for follow-up and retention
  • Schedule qualified appointments for sales and service departments
  • Respond to leads via phone, text message, and email
  • Meet daily activity and call expectations
  • Work within a CRM and lead distribution system
  • Collaborate with the on-site BDC Manager for coaching and escalation support

Skills & Qualifications / Required Experience & Skills:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable working on a headset and computer for full shifts
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service, call center, or sales experience preferred
  • Automotive experience a plus but not required
  • Must have excellent punctuality and reliability

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts scheduled within business hours
  • Monday–Saturday operation with rotating Saturday coverage
  • Occasional open-to-close shifts for team coverage
