Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative – Millwork

This position handles wholesale millwork sales and support for dealers through phone, email, and other electronic communication. The role focuses on providing prompt, courteous, and accurate service while maintaining strong dealer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries, quotes, and orders.

• Enter and verify orders, pricing, and product details in the system.

• Assist customers with product selection and special orders.

• Resolve customer issues or escalate when needed.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with dealers.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications:

• Sales or customer service experience preferred; knowledge of building materials a plus.

• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills (Microsoft Office).

• Ability to work in a team environment and deliver professional customer service.
