Job Description:

We are currently seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy Electronics and 2-Way Radio Installer to join our team based in Texarkana. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing a variety of electronics including, but not limited to, lights, electronic devices, and 2-way radios. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive quality installations that meet all industry standards. Come work with a team that values hard work and dedication. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and maintain various electronics including lights and two-way radios.
• Ensure all installations are completed according to company standards and in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the team to understand client needs and specifications for each installation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, explaining the setup and functionality of installed devices.
• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize installation procedures and offer improvements where necessary.
• Maintain inventory of installation supplies and place orders as needed to replenish stock.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the industry to ensure installations are up to modern standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in electronic installations, preferably with a focus on lighting and two-way radio systems.
• Proficiency with tools and equipment related to electronic installations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to clients in an understandable manner.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team to meet project deadlines.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
