Warehouse Lead

Located in Long Beach, CA

Salary: $18-$20 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and support a fast-paced working environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on warehouse experience, be skilled in forklift operation, and demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and accountability.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
• Lead and support daily warehouse operations
• Manage and oversee inventory counts and accuracy
• Complete and review Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other warehouse documentation
• Ensure proper receiving, storing, and shipping of products
• Navigate and optimize warehouse workflows during both high-volume and slow periods
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Take initiative and make informed decisions when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of warehouse experience, including forklift operation
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
• Experience with inventory counts and shipping/receiving paperwork (BOLs)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain productive during slower periods
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
• Responsible, dependable, and committed to the role

• Leadership or lead-level warehouse experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
