A locally owned, well-established company in Jacksonville, IL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain machines and facilities. This hands-on role includes equipment repair, general building upkeep, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
What You’ll Be Doing
Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment
Handle general facilities maintenance and janitorial tasks
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Support a safe, clean work environment

What We’re Looking For
Mechanically inclined; Industrial or Maintenance Technician experience preferred
Leadership experience helpful but not required
Technical training in electrical or maintenance a plus
Positive, independent, problem-solving mindset
