Express is proud to partner with a local company to hire Customer Service Associates. We’re looking for motivated, driven individuals with at least one year of experience in customer service, retail, or call centers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to consumers

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism

• Respond to customer inquiries via email

• Gain hands-on experience with company products

Requirements:

• Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word

• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive, results-driven approach to problem-solving
