What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Work with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions

• Provide financial insight and recommendations to company leadership

• Manage and develop accounting staff as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred

• Advanced Excel and accounting system skills

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative leadership style
