Sales Professional

Location- Minot, ND

pay- $60,000+ (commission based)

 

Seeking a motivated Sales Professional to assist customers with the selection and purchase of wellness and home recreation products. This role focuses on customer engagement, product presentations, and driving sales through excellent service and follow-up.

 

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a retail showroom environment

• Assess customer needs, present products, and close sales

• Manage leads, conduct follow-up, and maintain customer records

• Participate in product training and team meetings

• Support daily showroom operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred

• Self-motivated and organized

• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel occasionally

Compensation & Benefits:

• Uncapped commission; earning potential $60,000–$115,000+
