Now Hiring MIG (GMAW) Welders – Woodburn, OR

We're seeking experienced MIG (GMAW) welders to join a busy structural steel fabrication team in Woodburn. This is a fast-paced production environment working exclusively with mild steel in flat and horizontal positions only. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and thrive on overtime, we want to hear from you.

Position Details

  • Welding Process: MIG (GMAW) – mild steel only
  • Weld Positions: Flat and horizontal only
  • Pace: Fast-paced production environment
  • Gear Required: Must bring own hood, steel-toe boots, and sleeves (all other equipment provided)

Shifts Available

  • Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM (currently running to 3:30 PM with OT), plus a 5-hour shift on Friday
  • Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM, generally off Fridays (currently working 5 hours for 50-hour weeks)

Pay Rate

  • $21 – $22/hour, up to $23/hour for top-tier candidates
  • Always open to exceptional talent
