HR Specialist (Temp-to-Perm Evaluation Hire)

Location: Nokomis, FL
Pay: $31/hour DOE

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support day-to-day human resources functions. This is a temp-to-perm evaluation hire, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing payroll using ADP

• Managing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets (tracking, reporting, and data organization)

• Scheduling interviews, meetings, and employee events using Outlook 365

• Coordinating and managing employee onboarding, including new hire paperwork and orientation

• Administering employee health insurance benefits, including enrollments, changes, and employee questions

• Assisting with general HR administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior HR experience required

• Hands-on experience with ADP payroll

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Proficiency with Outlook 365, including scheduling and calendar management

• Experience with onboarding processes and employee benefits, particularly health insurance

• Strong communication and organizational skills
