Express Employment Professionals in Woodbury is seeking a Lube Technician.
For the lube technician, it would be about the same suspension work, brakes, oil changes, performing maintenance work on vehicles. Minus the bigger repairs (like engine swaps, transmission and differential swap/rebuilds). Might have light engine work and as you get more comfortable and learn more, work towards learning bigger repairs.
Automotive Service Technician Details:
Automotive Service Technician Duties:
Perform oil changes, tire changes, and brake replacements
Diagnose and repair vehicle issues across multiple systems
Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections
Utilize diagnostic tools and repair manuals to troubleshoot
Maintain shop cleanliness and follow safety procedures
Other duties as assigned
Automotive Service Technician Requirements:
Experience with engines, transmissions, and drivetrains highly preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Must work with a sense of urgency and have reliable attendance
Own tools preferred (shop also provides specialty equipment)
A or B Level Technicians – Certification is not required, but advanced skills are highly valued
