In this role, you’ll support our clients with insurance-related questions, policy changes, and service needs while helping maintain the high standards our team is known for.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Communicate clearly, promptly, and consistently

• Greeting customers warmly as they enter the office
• Answering incoming calls on the first ring
• Processing policy change requests
• Completing Evidence of Insurance requests
• Accepting premium payments
• Verifying and updating customer contact information
• Returning phone messages promptly
• Responding to inquiries, cancellations, and sales requests within set timeframes
• Assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Processing customer renewals

• Professional on the phone and in person
