Job Summary

We are hiring Machine Operators to work in a food manufacturing facility. This role involves receiving raw materials, preparing and processing them (both manually and with automated equipment), tracking usage and lot numbers, and collecting samples for quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust manual and automated machinery.

• Receive, batch, and process raw materials into intermediate products.

• Assist with quality control by collecting and preparing product samples.

• Maintain accurate logs of materials and production.

• Perform daily sanitation, safety checks, and equipment maintenance.

• Troubleshoot and report machinery issues.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• At least 1 year of experience in food manufacturing or machine operation preferred.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and push/pull up to 60 lbs.

• Comfortable standing for up to 10 hours per shift.

• Able to work in hot, cold, humid, or noisy environments.

• Able to read instructions, complete reports, and communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.

• Willing to work flexible shifts (day or night).

• Must use required safety gear (hard hat, ear protection, gloves, safety glasses, etc.).
