We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Industrial / Production Laborer to join our manufacturing team in Pineville, LA. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations by performing general labor duties, assisting machine operators, maintaining clean work areas, and ensuring efficient workflow throughout the facility.
Responsibilities:
Assist with production line tasks and material handling
Load and unload raw materials and finished products
Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely
Clean and maintain workstations, equipment, and common areas
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
Support machine operators and maintenance staff as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
