We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative with experience in the travel industry who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique needs of travelers and enjoys creating positive experiences from booking through post-travel support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers before, during, and after travel

  • Handle reservations, changes, cancellations, and itinerary adjustments

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and empathetic manner

  • Resolve issues related to schedules, accommodations, billing, and travel disruptions

  • Accurately document customer interactions and updates in internal systems

  • Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure seamless service

  • Maintain a high level of product and destination knowledge

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience within the travel industry

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in time-sensitive situations

  • Experience working with reservation systems or CRM platforms

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or customer service software

  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through

Preferred Experience

  • Background in airline, cruise, hotel, corporate travel, or travel agency environments

  • Experience handling high call volumes or multi-channel customer support

  • Familiarity with GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) is a plus
