Warehouse & Sales Floor Associate

Now Hiring: Warehouse & Sales Floor Associate (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity) We’re looking for a reliable, energetic individual that blends customer service, sales, and warehouse support. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent based on performance.

Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Off Tuesdays and Sundays). Saturday availability is required.

Compensation: Starting at $15/hour. If transitioned to a permanent role, pay may increase to $16–$17/hour.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting customers at the register and over the phone

• Managing pricing, inventory, and email communications

• Supporting sales and follow-ups on repairs

• Performing warehouse tasks including cleaning, loading/unloading trucks, and moving large appliances

• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle large home appliances

• Comfortable working in hot/cold warehouse conditions and standing for extended periods

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn multiple aspects of the business
