A local company in Willis , TX is searching for a facilities assistant to assist in the company’s daily operations. Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Assistant to support housekeeping and basic facilities operations at our manufacturing facility. This role plays a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment while supporting overall facility serviceability and safety.

 

Summary of essential job functions:

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting shared spaces
• Restock and maintain facility supplies such as toilet paper, soap, hand towels, and other toiletries
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen appliances as needed
• Organize storage areas, closets, and common spaces
• Report maintenance issues, damages, safety concerns, or needed repairs promptly
• Provide courteous customer service to employees, visitors, and guests

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods

Willingness to learn, adapt, and support team goals
