We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team! If you have a passion for cars, top-notch communication skills, and previous experience in a Automotive Service Advisor role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Answering Calls & Assisting Customers – Provide expert guidance and exceptional customer service
Diagnosing & Advising – Work with technical service lines to troubleshoot vehicle concerns
Coordinating Repairs – Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient service
Providing Recommendations – Help customers understand their vehicle needs and offer the best solutions

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (required)
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Knowledge of automotive repairs & diagnostics
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills
