Our client in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a Part-Time Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support their office during the busy tax season. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable handling light administrative and data entry tasks in a fast-paced professional environment.
Perform light data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist with general administrative support duties
Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone
Provide bilingual customer service (English/Spanish preferred)
Organize paperwork and maintain orderly files
Support office staff with clerical and seasonal tasks as needed
Ensure a positive and professional client experience at all times
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Previous administrative or office support experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with basic computer systems and data entry
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to multitask and stay organized during peak periods
Consistent part-time hours throughout tax season
Friendly, professional office environment
