Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $17.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, or blasting as needed

• Mix and apply paints, primers, epoxies, or coatings using spray guns, rollers, or brushes

• Interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications to determine paint processes

• Operate and maintain painting equipment including airless sprayers and paint booths

• Apply protective coatings to metal, steel, and concrete surfaces

• Inspect finished work for proper coverage, quality, and adherence to specifications

• Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE while working with hazardous materials

• Keep a clean, organized workspace and properly store tools and materials

Qualifications:

• Prior industrial painting experience required

• Ability to read and follow blueprints and work orders

• Familiarity with various painting tools and equipment

• Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset

• Reliable and able to work independently
