Assist with residential and commercial construction projects
Build and repair decks, fences, framing, and other carpentry structures
Work with concrete, including forming, pouring, and finishing
Safely operate hand tools and power tools
Support general jobsite tasks as needed
Solid construction and carpentry experience — this role requires proven industry background
Strong familiarity with hand tools, concrete work, decks, and fences
Ability to speak and understand English for safety and communication
Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work as part of a team
Willingness to work outdoors and in varying conditions
$20+ per hour, DOE
Full‑time hours with potential for long‑term placement
