Express Employment is working with a local manufacturing company looking to add an experienced Machine Operator to their overnight team!

 

As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating a variety of production machinery to manufacture high-quality finished products in a safe and efficient manner.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Follow all company and departmental safety policies, including wearing required PPE, adhering to machine safety procedures, using proper lifting techniques, and promptly reporting unsafe conditions to site leadership.
• Adhere to all documented work instructions, quality standards, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Read, understand, and apply information from work instructions, engineering drawings, machine manuals, and inspection checklists during the manufacturing process.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

 

Skills & Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required

• Demonstrated ability to work safely with mechanical equipment

• Manufacturing experience (1 year preferred)

• Lean manufacturing experience (1 year preferred)

• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 30 pounds

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements

 

This is a C Shift Position; working Sunday - Thursday 11pm - 7:30am

Pay Range based on experience $18-21/hr
