We are recruiting for an experience Case Worker for a local non-profit organization in Fayetteville, NC.

Skills, Experience and Education Required

•    Goal Setting: Develop and implement individualized support plans to help clients achieve personal goals, self-sufficiency plans, such as independent living or finding work.
•    Resource Coordination: Act as a liaison, connecting clients with community programs, social services, healthcare, and other organizations.
•    Community Integration: Encourage and facilitate participation in community events and activities to promote social engagement.
•    Emotional Support: Provide a source of guidance, support, and advocacy for individuals facing challenges.
•    Documentation: Track client progress and maintain records for reporting and program evaluation. 
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
•    Empathy, patience, and advocacy skills.
•    Ability to work with diverse populations.
•    Often requires a high school diploma, with degrees in Social Work or Human Services being beneficial.
