Job Description: We are currently building our candidate pool for dependable Apartment Maintenance Technicians in Oklahoma City. Responsibilities include routine building maintenance, general repairs, cleaning, landscaping, and related tasks. Candidates with hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure the facility is in optimal condition.
• Perform make-ready tasks for new tenants, including repairs, painting, and cleaning.
• Address maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a safe and functional environment.
• Assist with landscaping and outdoor maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to travel as required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
