Ecommerce Warehouse Lead

Position Summary

The Ecommerce Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing day-to-day ecommerce fulfillment and warehouse operations. This role ensures accurate order processing, efficient inventory flow, and a safe, organized warehouse environment while acting as a working lead to support the team and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily ecommerce order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, speed, and quality standards are met
- Coordinate picking, packing, and shipping of ecommerce and bulk orders
- Operate and oversee use of warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety within a frozen warehouse environment
- Train and support warehouse team members on processes and best practices
- Troubleshoot fulfillment issues and escalate operational challenges as needed
- Collaborate with leadership on workflow improvements and efficiency initiatives

Qualifications

- Previous experience in ecommerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics
- Leadership or lead experience preferred
- Ability to work in a frozen or cold-storage environment
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills for order and inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties

Schedule & Work Environment

- Full-time, on-site position
- Warehouse and frozen storage environment
- Schedule may include early mornings or extended hours during peak demand
