Job Summary: 

• keep grounds picked up and neat
• spread salt and help with snow removal
• make sure common areas are clean
• minor maintenance (light bulbs, touch up paint, unlock doors)

Location: Indianapolis, IN East

Evaluation Hire

Pay: $15/Hr

Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p

 

Qualifications: 

• willingness to work in and out of weather
• able to physically handle picking up trash/debris around community
• good attendance record and work ethic
