Our client is a Metal Fastener Manufacturer located in Euclid, OH.  They are looking for an experienced MANUFACTURING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process purchase orders via telephone, mail and fax.
• Provides quotes to customers.
• Coordinating order shipments
• Follows up with customer regarding orders, complaints, etc.
• Receives and participates in the resolution of customer complaints.

REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST have prior experience working in a manufacturing customer service role
• Sales to fastener distributors/MRO companies preferred
• Good communication, computer, math, and reasoning skills
• MUST have high school diploma

 

SHIFT/PAY:

• Mon-Fri.  7:30pm-4pm
• $20-$24/hr
• This job is located in Euclid
