Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and reliable Carpet / LVT Installation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the professional installation of carpet and LVT flooring, ensuring projects are completed accurately, safely, and to customer satisfaction.
* MUST PASS A BACKGROUND*
Responsibilities:
Install carpet and LVT flooring according to specifications and industry standards
Measure, cut, and prepare flooring materials and subfloors
Remove existing flooring as needed
Ensure proper layout, alignment, and finish quality
Safely operate hand and power tools
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Qualifications:
Previous carpet and/or LVT installation experience required or strongly preferred
Knowledge of subfloor preparation and installation techniques
Ability to read work orders and measurements accurately
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
