We are seeking a dependable Production Associate to support daily operations in a food manufacturing environment. This role involves operating equipment, handling food products, and maintaining strict quality, safety, and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production and packaging equipment according to standard operating procedures

• Handle, process, and package food products while following food safety and quality guidelines

• Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards

• Accurately weigh, label, and package finished goods

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, and food safety requirements

• Document production data, including counts, weights, and batch records

• Assist with product changeovers and line setup

• Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors

• Work effectively with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or production preferred (but not required)

• Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Strong attention to detail and consistency

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Physically able to lift materials as required

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

• Experience with automated or semi-automated production lines

• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, or SQF standards

• Forklift or pallet jack experience

• Bilingual skills

Work Environment

• Food manufacturing facility with temperature-controlled areas

• Exposure to noise, moving machinery, and food ingredients

• Required use of PPE such as hairnets, gloves, smocks, and safety shoes
